What is the one thing you would advise the couple to get a “jumpstart” on? Selecting a reception venue should be one of the first things couples do when they get engaged. Venues book up quickly and the space you select may determine other factors such as your wedding date, décor and rentals.

What is one common misconception about your profession that you usually have to educate your clients about? (Example: for photographers – the amount of time it takes to edit photos, for limo drivers – the amount of money it costs to fill up the tank in the LimoBus) Many clients do not realize the importance of having an accurate guest count. Giving us an accurate guest count for food reduces waste and allows us to charge clients less.
